Summer Water-related activities
Rafting, Canadian Canoe, Sea Kayak, Beach SUP, Canyoning, Glass Bottom Cruises…etc. You can enjoy rafting down the Shiribetsu River in a large rubber boat,get in a Ducky that holds one to two persons, or try canoeing or kayaking down the river.
It is fun to go canyoning and slip into a waterfull pool, or explore the streams.SUP(Stand up paddle)surfing, is another popular activity that can be enjoyed either in river or in the ocean.Besides swimming at the beaches along the coast, you can also take a glass bottom boat cruise and see what lives under the waves. All activities can be enjoyed worry-free if a knowledgeable guide who knows the area goes inside and out with you.
Powder snow
Winter here is like winter nowhere else. When nature decides it is winter, the transformation is instantaneous, the mountains are instantly coated with a thick white blanket and while nature sleeps the mountains come alive with an amazing array of winter activities. The snow here is 'first grade'powder snow unlike any other snow on earth. For skiing and snowboarding this is paradise!!

Taste the Seasons
Shiribeshi area is one of the many fruit producing areas in Hokkaido. From spring to fall you can enjoy fruit-picking (Strawberries, Cherries, Plums, Peaches, Blueberries, Prunes, Grapes, Pears, Appies and Chestnuts). One of the major attractions is that you can eat as much fruit as you pick. Fruit-picking also leads to promoting proper eating, and is a good way to have fun with your family.
