When you go on a trip to somewhere, wouldn't you like to fully enjoy local cuisine there?
Shiribeshi has been graced with both of sea and mountains and has good collections of local
dishes and beverages.
However, the information about restaurants that offer the dishes and beverages made of local
ingredients had not been enough to enojy for strangers.
We started to collect and listed the restraurants which you can enjoy the locals. Every chefs
in the restaurants shows you the diversity of Shiribeshi on the table. This is the first page of

stories presented by Shiribeshi General Subprefectural Bureau.

・More than two selected dishes are made
with Hokkaido ingredients, and use
Shiribeshi ingredients positively.
・The ingredients of staple dish using
100% Hokkaido ingredients.
・Shiribeshi ingredients will be used in the
main dishes.
・Label the origin of ingredients.
・At least one registered menu must be
served for more than six(6) months out
of a year.
