Wine born from a project dedicated to enhancing Yumenomori, a dream forest for children
Satoshi Oshita, the owner of the winery and president of Yumenomori Kindergarten, acquired
the vineyard with the intention of providing a nurturing environment for children. He
established Yumenomori Winery in October 2016. With a strong emphasis on cleanliness, he
uses stainless-steel tanks and minimizes the use of antioxidants, aiming to produce wine in its
most natural state. With a soft mouthfeel and fresh taste, each sip of the wine delivers a rich
aroma and a flavor that touches the soul, evoking a moment as fleeting and beautiful as
a rainbow.
