A winery striving for exceptional table wine that never loses its appeal
The owner of this winery moved to a plot of reclaimed land in the forest of the Kamisato
district of Rankoshi Town in 1993, where he began cultivating grapes with the aim of
integrated wine production. The first vintage wine was made in 1995, and the owner
commenced his own vinification in 2014, marking the official debut of this winery. Its flagship
product, Müller-Thurgau, is highly regarded, and the bottle-fermented sparkling wine, which
they began producing a few years ago, has also received acclaim. The winery will continue to
aspire to produce high-quality table wine that unobtrusively complements meals and never
tires the palate.
