Savor the tastes crafted from natural elements and traditional methods
Established in 2013, Rita Farm & Winery in the Nobori district was the third winery to open in
Yoichi Town, following in the footsteps of Yoichi Wine and Domaine Takahiko. All of their
signature wines are crafted exclusively from grapes harvested in their own vineyards.
Dedicated to pursuing the essence of the terroir, the winery practices fermentation using wild
yeasts, staying as natural as possible and eschewing artificial interference. Their Windy
Vineyard receives the highest amount of sunlight in the Nobori district. This prime location,
yielding perfectly ripened grapes, draws attention both within Hokkaido and beyond.
