Striving for the excellence of France’s Côte d’Or
In 2021, this winery became the 15th to be established and licensed in Yoichi Town.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Albariño grapes are planted on its east-facing hillside overlooking
Ishikari Bay, the Yoichi River, and Yoichi Town. The grapes are grown using organic fertilizers,
without chemical pesticides, and with no-till cultivation that allows natural grass growth.
The winery is committed to providing wine with a vibrant aroma and lingering finish to people
in Japan and around the world.
