Niki Hills Winery is a winery complex located in Niki Town. Spanning across 33 hectares, the
property includes eight hectares of vineyards as well as production facilities, barrel storage,
a natural garden, a restaurant, and accommodation facilities. Visitors can enjoy tastings
during winery tours that encompass various areas such as the winemaking facility. The
reservation-only restaurant offers innovative French cuisine, with Chef Naoki Nagai preparing
multi-course meals based on poetry inspired by the seasons and the land. Visitors can enjoy
pairings of these creations with wine.
