a continuous legacy, exuding elegance in its appearance. The store offers not only precious
wines from the Shiribeshi region but also an array of choices including Japanese sake, beer,
and whisky. In Iwanai Town, known as the land of wild hop discovery, the shopkeeper has
taken on hop cultivation and crafted a beer named 1871IPA in 2021, embodying a shop
brimming with love for alcoholic beverages.
