signature dish of the restaurant is the Flavorful Kitajima Pork Hamburger Steak, made with
Yoichi’s branded Kitajima Pork. Yoiccini also takes pride in dishes prepared with venison from
Yoichi’s wild game meat shop, ebijin. During the seasonal periods, guests can also savor
